I have seen the WTC support beams all year long but walking up to the structure early this morning, they held extra meaning.

These photos are taken from the 9/11 Memorial in Weehawken, NJ which marks the site where about 60,000 people were evacuated by ferry from Manhattan to New Jersey, to receive medical attention, water, and food, after the terrorist attacks.  The two beams were salvaged from the World Trade Center and stand about 8 feet wide and 30 feet tall.

We will never forget…
